The SS abrasive multi-layer sponge scouring pad embeds aluminium oxide abrasive into the scouring layer to form a green abrasive face. Its cutting power is noticeably higher than a standard fine pad, making it suitable for heavy grease and burnt-on deposits on cast iron, hobs and range hood filters.
The construction is multi-layer: the abrasive layer does the heavy scrubbing, a high-density sponge layer in the middle absorbs water and builds lather, and a textile layer underneath can be added for extra strength and abrasion resistance so the pad does not break up or shed during use.
Needle-punched and resin-impregnated options are also available, and abrasive grit can be selected to match the cleaning task. Size, grit, colour and packaging can all be customized, suiting export orders and industrial cleaning channels.
